Installation Service — Terms

Applies to the optional $99 paid installation service. Last updated August 2026.

What you need to provide

To complete your installation, you must provide accurate, working information, including:

• Access to the server or hosting account where SendMore will be installed (cPanel login, FTP, or SSH credentials).
• Working AWS SES credentials (Access Key and Secret Key) for an SES setup that is already configured and able to send email — verified sending identity, and out of the SES sandbox if you need to send to addresses you haven't individually verified.

What this service does not include

This service covers installing and configuring SendMore on your server to use AWS SES credentials you already have. It does not include setting up, configuring, or troubleshooting your AWS SES account itself — domain/identity verification, requesting production access, DNS records, or any other AWS-side setup. That needs to be done, and working, before installation begins.

If installation can't be completed

We'll make a reasonable effort to work with you to correct any access or credential issues. If installation still cannot be completed because the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or does not grant sufficient access, and you're unable to correct it, we will refund 50% of the $99 fee. The remaining amount covers the time already spent attempting the installation.
